The company’s backbone is based on the experience of more than 35 years in the manufacturing of woven fabrics used as Sarees, Dress materials, Suitings, Kurtis and other apparel textiles. All these activities have been carrying out under the name of M/s. Amratlal & Bros. These include the marketing and supply of such fabrics across India. Then company has setup the plant for processing of textile fabrics in early 80’s under the name of M/s. Bhagwati Prints. The activities under this plant include Dyeing, Printing, and Finishing of textile sarees, dress materials, suiting and shirtings. The both companies are now pioneer in the field of woven textile and its processing in domestic as well as export market.

With the above fact the partners of the named companies’ has decided to enter in the field of Geosynthetics. The new company had been formed in early 2005 having name M/s.Techno Fabrics. The partners of the company are the sons of the partner of M/s. Bhagwati Prints. So Techno Fabrics is just the sister concern of Bhagwati Prints. The company Techno Fabrics has started the production of Polypropylene Multifilament and High Strength Polyester Woven Geotextile Fabric.
